Oasis Charlotte is a 200-foot geodesic dome on a 2-acre ground lease at Remount Road in Brookhill. Inside: a year-round tropical botanical atrium, a curated tea lounge, an integration lounge, and a sand circle for ceremony and reflection. Surrounding it: four satellite domes — Water, Fire, Air, and Ether — connected by botanical garden pathways.
It is built on land that has belonged to Brookhill’s African American community since the 1930s. By an African American developer. For the community that has always been here — and for everything Charlotte wants to become.

Note: Membership benefits, credits, and programming details are subject to refinement as Oasis Charlotte continues development. Founding members will be consulted on any material changes before opening. Rate lock is a permanent commitment honored regardless of future pricing.
All founding member funds are held in an IOLTA — an Interest on Lawyers’ Trust Account — managed by independent legal counsel. This is not a company account. Your funds are held by a licensed, neutral party and released only upon defined achievement milestones.
Your funds are fully refundable until achievement milestones are confirmed. The attorney trust structure ensures that Oasis cannot access your capital before those milestones are reached. This is the same structure used in real estate transactions — a legal protection, not a startup promise.
