Join the Team

The team
we're building.

The roles matter less than the people, and the people matter less than what they carry into the space with them. This is our honest picture of who Oasis needs — including where we're still figuring it out.

Before the Roles

The culture
we're building toward.

We invest in our team the way we invest in our members, because the experience someone has in this space is inseparable from the state of the person serving them.

Compensation

Reflects the dignity of the work — not minimum viable, but genuinely competitive for this market and this type of role.

Full Access

Every team member has full sanctuary access. You cannot serve this environment well if you don't inhabit it.

Intellectual Investment

We fund continuing education, certifications, and development for every role — not just practitioners.

A Real Rhythm

Potential Tuesday closures aren't just for cleaning. They're when the team gathers, trains, and restores.

We are not looking exclusively for wellness industry professionals. We are looking for whole human beings who happen to have the skills — someone with a practice of their own, who can hold space without performing it.

Orientation

What the team
is running.

A 3-acre botanical wellness sanctuary anchored by a 200-foot geodesic dome and four elemental satellite structures, designed for dwell time — members arrive and stay for hours. Open Sunday through Monday, with potential Tuesday closures for reset. Peak weekend attendance 80–120 members; full capacity targets 900 active seasonal members, with a pre-opening founding cohort of 400.

The Two Senior Roles

Where we need
the most help.

These two positions will define what Oasis becomes. Everything else can be built around the people in these seats.

Senior Role · Open

General Manager

Owns the building — operations, staff, vendor relationships, the Tuesday reset, financial reporting. Deep operational experience in high-touch wellness, spa, or hospitality; has run a team through a full membership cycle; financially fluent. 8–12 years, ready to build something from the ground up.

The honest gap: this is the role we feel most acutely. We can build this space. We need a partner who can run it.

Senior Role · Open

Member Director

Owns the relationship — from first contact through renewal, the human face of what Oasis means to its community. Deep instinct for community at scale, comfort with the spiritual and therapeutic dimensions of the work, and the voice behind the monthly letters.

The honest gap: we know what this person does. We're less certain what their background looks like — the right person may come from somewhere unexpected.

Zone by Zone

The rest
of the team.

Tea Lounge

Tea Guides (2)

Real-time formulators, not servers — trained in herbalism, working toward certification through our partner Shawn McStravick. Perhaps the most important room in the building for member retention.

The Entry

Member Experience Lead

The first human a member encounters. High relational warmth, floor presence across the space, oversight of the LouLou AI concierge integration. There is no desk — this role moves.

Satellite 4 (Ether)

Resident & Visiting Practitioners

See our full Practitioner Program for the residency and non-resident partnership structure.

Outdoor Acre

Botanical Care & Programming

Contracted botanical team tending the dome plantings, herb garden, and pathways — feeding the tea lounge directly. Programming (Sunday Service, sunrise meditation) falls to resident and visiting practitioners.

Facilities

Space Integrity

One FTE anchoring the Tuesday reset — deep clean, botanical maintenance, tech systems, light maintenance. The invisible infrastructure that makes the visible experience possible.

Concerts & Events

Seasonal Staff

Activated for the weekly concert series, private buyouts, and corporate wellness days. Two to three reliable event leads on seasonal contract.

If any of this resonates — whether you're the person, or you know the person — we would be honored to hear from you. Title, equity structure, and compensation are flexible for the right fit on the two senior roles.
