Booking, payment processing, member acquisition, marketing, scheduling — all of it is Oasis infrastructure, built so practitioners can show up fully present and do what they do best.
See the two paths“Oasis is not a venue. It is a healing community. The practitioners who work here are not vendors — they are the living expression of what this sanctuary exists to do.”
A professional residency for those who want the stability, community, and depth of being based here full-time — and a non-resident partnership for established practitioners who bring their own audience and want the infrastructure without the commitment.
A professional appointment, not a room rental. Residents are paid a monthly stipend, work an agreed schedule of group classes and community programming, and build their 1:1 practice on top with full financial upside.
Practitioners who can facilitate across multiple modalities — yoga, guided meditation, sound healing, reiki, breathwork, Qi Gong, somatic movement — and whose presence builds community and drives retention. Residents are the heartbeat of Oasis programming.
A monthly stipend covering 5–7 group classes per week and community programming including Sunday Service. 1:1 sessions are entirely the practitioner's own — clients pay directly, and Oasis takes no cut. That upside, on top of the stipend, is what makes residency compelling beyond stability. Full compensation details shared directly in conversation.
6-month or 12-month terms, renewable. Founding cohort of roughly 3 residents, growing to 3–6 at any given time. Charlotte-based to start. Schedule set collaboratively with Oasis.
Full access to all programming spaces, an inherited member community, booking and payment infrastructure, marketing as part of the Oasis ecosystem, and a cohort of fellow residents meeting regularly.
For established healers and facilitators who bring their own audience. Use Oasis space and infrastructure, gain access to the member community, and keep full financial upside from your own clients — in exchange for reserving a portion of each session for Oasis members.
Sound healers, yoga teachers, breathwork facilitators, acupuncturists, somatic therapists, energy workers — anyone with a following and a pricing structure they've already built, whose work aligns with the Oasis environment.
Reserve 10–15% of each session's capacity for Oasis members. Oasis pays a flat rate per member seat filled, settled quickly after the session. The remaining 85–90% of seats, and all revenue from them, is entirely yours — your pricing, your audience.
A sound healing journey with a handful of member seats reserved: the practitioner keeps the rest of the room at their own rate, and Oasis pays its per-seat rate for the member seats. No space rental fee. No revenue share on your own audience.
None required. Non-resident practitioners may work at other studios, clinics, or venues. You propose your schedule; Oasis confirms based on space availability.
Oasis partners with ETHA Academy (Eastern Traditional Healing Arts, founded by Yadi Alamin — 26+ years clinical experience) to train a cohort of practitioners in Traditional Chinese Medicine principles, non-invasive acupressure, and integrative healing arts.
It's a 26-week apprenticeship with lifetime class retake privileges for graduates. Oasis funds the training for a small initial cohort as a direct investment in the healing team, and in return, ETHA-funded practitioners commit to a minimum 6-month residency at Oasis following completion. The relationship runs both directions: if Oasis invests in your training, you invest your first term in Oasis.
Residents anchor the calendar — the consistent, weekly rhythm members plan their lives around. Non-residents bring depth and range — specialized modalities and established audiences that expand what Oasis offers. Members get both: consistency and variety, together. And the path between the two runs in either direction as a practice grows.
Tell us about your practice and which path sounds like the right fit — residency, non-resident partnership, or the ETHA pipeline. The structure follows the fit.
