Board of Advisors · Five Seats

Who's guiding
Oasis.

A small, high-trust circle of five advisors — domain expertise, community relationships, and genuine belief in what Oasis is building. This is not a governance board. It is a thinking partnership.

The Structure

Five seats.
Real equity.

Each seat carries 0.2–0.5% equity, vesting over two years with a six-month cliff. The ask is intentionally light: a quarterly call, availability for specific questions, and introductions when the moment is right.

Open Seats

We are still
filling this table.

Seat 1 · Open

Wellness Operations

Someone who has run a sanctuary, spa, or multi-modality studio at scale — membership models, practitioner ecosystems, and programming calendars. 7+ years preferred.

Seat 3 · Open

Clinical & Community Health

A licensed clinician (MD, PhD, LPC, PT, or equivalent) whose practice touches nervous system regulation, somatic therapy, or integrative medicine — giving Oasis's therapeutic model professional credibility.

Seat 4 · Open

Hospitality & Membership Experience

Someone who has built membership communities at scale in hospitality, sports, or experiential business — what drives renewal, what drives churn, and how tiered access actually works.

Seat 5 · Open

Investor Network & Capital Access

Warm relationships in family office, HNW, or impact investing circles — able to make introductions that carry personal credibility as the LP raise progresses.

If you or someone you know might be the right fit for one of these seats, David would like to have that conversation directly — before anything is formalized.
